King bedroom
A king-size bed, space for a cot and views towards Shoalstone Pool and across Torbay.
A stone former coastguard cottage beside Shoalstone, with a sunny garden, parking for two cars and the whole of Torbay in front of you.
Sealark is made for slow mornings, sea-air walks and long evenings watching the light change across Torbay.
The semi-detached cottage is spacious and practical rather than precious: a comfortable sitting room, a separate dining room, a well-stocked kitchen and a large utility room for walking boots, bikes, fishing gear or the dog’s things.
Upstairs, the king bedroom looks straight across the bay. A twin room and the family bathroom complete the first floor. Outside, the mature garden and deck catch the sun for much of the day, and steps from the garden lead towards the South West Coast Path and Shoalstone’s seawater pool.
Inside, it is a homely, traditional cottage: clean, warm and well equipped, and looked after by the family who own it.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. There is a WC on the ground floor.
The coast path route is fairly level for Brixham. The harbour is about 15 minutes on foot.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please mention yours when you enquire.
